Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Ensure the quality of deliverables by performing thorough testing and validation activities. * Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to ensure clarity and testability. * Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on project requirements. * Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. * Ensure compliance with project standards, processes, and quality guidelines. * Participate in project meetings to provide quality-related input and risk assessment. * Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and assist stakeholders during the testing phase. * Prepare and maintain QA documentation and test reports. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Knowledge of software testing methods and QA processes * Experience in test case execution and defect tracking * Ability to review and analyze requirements * Attention to detail and analytical skills * Good documentation and communication skills * Understanding of SDLC and UAT support IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
