Job Description As a Quality Engineer, you focus on reviewing engineering drawings and developing incoming inspection plans for manufacturing sites, ensuring that critical product and process requirements are properly verified upon receipt. Your work involves interpreting complex specifications, identifying key quality characteristics, and defining practical inspection strategies using appropriate measurement methods. You collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure inspection plans are executable and compliant with industry standards. Throughout new product introductions and engineering changes, you update inspection plans to maintain alignment with evolving drawings and quality system requirements. Skills and Requirements -5+ years in a quality engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality role -Experience identifying and working with CTQ's -Experience developing incoming inspection plans -Knowledge of measurement and gaging techniques and how to select them based on tolerance and risk -Bachelors degree in Engineering -Measurement System Analysis experience -Sampling Standard experience -First Article Inspection experience -GD&T interpretation experience
