Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer responsible for automotive customer and internal quality systems, supporting new product development and leading continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

3+ years of practical experience in automotive engineering

Experience in engineering quality or manufacturing quality

Prior experience in manufacturing with quality control systems and process evaluation

Ability to perform problem analysis, mistake proofing, countermeasure investigation, and evaluation

Ability to review and evaluate process changes for internal operations, customers, and suppliers

Preferred Skills

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent training and experience

3–5 years of experience working directly with automotive OEMs (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, or similar)

Experience developing and documenting manufacturing processes

Job Responsibilities

Handle quality assurance activities related to customers and internal processes

Support development of new products from a quality perspective

Conduct prevention analysis and drive continuous improvement methods and programs

Lead resolution of customer quality concerns in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering

Develop clear quality standards and ensure implementation across operations

Perform periodic product and process audits and evaluate process capability to produce conforming parts



Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
