Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer to lead problem-solving and continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required
3+ years of quality and engineering experience in manufacturing preferred
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer Certification preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action using statistical tools
Participate in continuous improvement activities like 5S and Six Sigma
Develop training to build quality awareness
Maintain the quality management system and documentation
Interface with suppliers, engineering, and operations for feedback on products and processes
Support Quality Technicians to ensure compliance with the quality management system
Pay: 75k - 90k
