Quality Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer to support and improve product and process quality, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical field 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality-related roles Basic understanding of quality principles and inspection techniques Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to aerospace or defense manufacturing environments Working knowledge of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawings Experience with inspection tools like calipers and micrometers Familiarity with AS9102 FAI process and documentation Participation in Lean, Six Sigma projects

Job Responsibilities:

Support Material Review Board activities and document decisions Handle customer complaints and product returns effectively Review Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Supplier CARs (SCARs) Manage non-conforming material documentation Perform inspections to verify product compliance Collaborate on quality issues resolution and preventive actions

Pay Details: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour
