Quality Engineer

Summary: Seeking an Entry-Level Quality Engineer to support quality systems and engineering functions in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field 0-5 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience with internal quality audits (ISO 9001 or IATF)

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5-S, Total Quality Concepts, 8D, A3, and Six Sigma

Responsibilities:

Implement and improve inner plant Quality Systems under the direction of the Manager of Quality Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure products and processes meet standards Create quality documents in compliance with company standards Troubleshoot root cause analysis and maintain documentation related to control plans Maintain SPC charts and develop resolutions for out-of-specification data Investigate root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Establish quality standards for products and processes Inspect raw materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
