Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of related work in a manufacturing facility
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF, Total Quality Management, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 5P, or related systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
Experience handling customer complaints, returns, and corrective/preventative actions
Background in developing quality specifications for new and existing products
Familiarity with cost analysis and profitability for new quality systems
Responsibilities
Serve as quality interface with customers to ensure needs and expectations are met
Analyze failures and implement corrective and preventative actions for customer issues
Lead new model quality assurance activities and agreements with customers
Assist in defining and setting quality specifications from the development stage
Track customer event dates and internal deadlines to support development plans
Perform administrative tasks for cost analysis and profitability of new quality systems
Set objectives and concepts for new product specifications and complete related tasks
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
