Job Description
Join a dynamic team of Quality Engineers working on diverse lines and cells, including OEM and aftermarket lines, as well as military lines. You will leverage your industrialization and product implementation experience to manage new lines coming from various locations. Your role will involve completing the PPAP process from start to finish, executing GD&T, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions, and developing control plans.
Responsibilities
Complete the PPAP process from start to finish.Utilize GD&T for precise engineering measurements.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Develop and execute control plans for quality assurance.Collaborate with a team of Quality Engineers on various production lines.Essential Skills
5+ years of quality engineering experience.Proficiency in PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans.Experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Knowledge of AS9100 or AS9110 standards, with AS9110 preferred.FAI (First Article Inspection) experience.Skilled in GD&T.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.Shainin Red X methodology expertise.Familiarity with SAP systems.Work Environment
Work in an expansive environment with 200,000 employees across 70 countries.
The standard work hours are from 7-8 AM, with nine-hour days from Monday to Friday, totaling a 45-hour workweek.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $52.88/hr.
