To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer be responsible to maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

Implement and document Quality inspection methodsQuality improvements for products assigned to work with all CFTManage and Training for Quality InspectorsCommunication with Customer to provide Product Quality reports and answer on issuesDaily Quality performance follows up together with CFT, analyzing & documenting the root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Measure effectiveness of the corrective actions implementedDaily meeting with quality inspectors to share tasks or feedback.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Work instruction documentation knowledge.  Root cause analysis processes knowledge Statistical tools and Windows office programs knowledgePeople management knowledge. English communication knowledge.Worked on Product Quality / Product InspectionWorked on Fail Safe Tools (Poka-yokes)Worked on Manufacturing processesWorked on Quality Systems Audit.
