Job Description
Join a medium-sized supplier experiencing international growth as a Quality Engineer specializing in acoustical, thermal, and electromagnetic insulation for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will be part of a team using six production technologies: Thermoforming, Aluminumforming, PU Foaming, Die Cutting, Vacuumforming, and Blow Moulding. This role offers the opportunity to advance to Quality Manager within a year.
ResponsibilitiesCreate Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPS) and engage in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).Utilize the ERP system, specifically SAP.Collaborate with a quality inspector to ensure product quality standards are met.Essential SkillsA minimum of 3 years of quality experience in an automotive setting.Experience with IATF audits.Participation in PPAP/APQP processes.A relevant degree.Proficiency in SAP.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with SAP.Work Environment
Enjoy a 40-hour workweek from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, working closely with a quality inspector. Benefit from access to Udemy after six months, enhancing your automotive industry experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87/hr.
