Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with a strong proficiency in quality engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree and demonstrate proficiency in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes. A familiarity with electromechanical assemblies, PCBA, and battery builds in a low-volume environment is essential.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage control plans and inspection plans.Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.Troubleshoot PCBA and electrical mechanical systems.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.Essential SkillsQuality engineering experience.Proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA.Familiarity with PCBA troubleshooting and electrical mechanical systems.Experience in creating control and inspection plans.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with battery pack builds.Skills in electrical troubleshooting.Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and involves working with advanced technologies, including electromechanical assemblies, PCBA, and battery builds. The role may require occasional interaction with suppliers to ensure quality standards. The dress code is business casual, and the position operates within standard business hours.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
