WHAT WILL YOU DO: 

Collaborate closely with Operations and various businessfunctions to ensure high-quality products and processes;Supervise and resolve nonconformities, guide problemsolving, and root cause analysis;Lead the initiation, management, and support of customercomplaints, product holds, and potential product escapes;Assist in developing and reviewing process and equipmentvalidation and approve them as required;Track KPIs to monitor process quality, analyze trends, andtake corrective action when necessary;Possess advanced knowledge of risk management practicesand tools and identify opportunities and weaknesses for riskmanagement;Participate in internal and external audits with regulatoryrepresentatives and customers, providing clear and conciseexplanations of areas of expertise;Train and mentor other team members in quality-related topics and activities.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in Quality Area;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of risk-based and statistical techniques, including FMEA, SPC, CP.;Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must;A team player – ability to build a strong relationships through open communication, respect, and trust;High level of diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills to help achieve outcomes;Excellent English language skills, both oral and written, are essential;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess strong PC skills.
