We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Manage the customer claim, setting the best corrective and preventive actions basing on the analysis. + Perform product and process Audits, looking for implementation of preventive actions. + Give support and cooperate with production Managers and Supervisors to set the right quality level of their products or services. + Responsible for internal nonconformities management. + Promote the improvement of the suppliers and the development of their proactive behaviour. + Cooperate with engineering department during first parts approvals to help avoiding weakness in new projects. **Who You Are:** You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.
