Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Biosense Webster, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a **Quality Engineer** in **Irvine, California.** The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Company will develop its products in compliance with the quality assurance system throughout the product lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** + The scope of QA activities; company adherence to QA standards and processes; internal and external audits; and coordination between CSS companies. + Proactively monitor and identify new emerging industry Standards and regulations that may influence the business products and\or projects and maintain them for the throughout the product lifecycle. + Establishes and maintains quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls. + Establishes and maintains quality compliance framework for Digital /Cloud solution + Establishes and maintains Proactively monitor programs (using ML/AI) to identify potential triggers of events per products families to allow feedback to R&D and quality compliance teams. **Qualifications** **Education:** + Bachelor of Science degree in Quality, Software, or Engineering is required **Experience and Skills** **Required:** + A minimum of 2 years of experience is required + Knowledge of software design lifecycle management + Knowledge in Quality Engineering, preferred in medical device company with active class II and III devices **Preferred:** + Qualification in Quality Assurance (CQE, CSQE, CQM, CRE) **Other:** + Proficiency in the English language (oral & written) is required + This position may require up to 10% domestic or international travel + Strong interpersonal relations + Self-confidence and integrity + Self-motivated and focused on project outcomes, capable of collaborating effectively in a team as well as working independently + Motivator with strong verbal and written communication skills + Results and performance-oriented + Possesses a big-picture perspective while maintaining attention to detail Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
