Your day-to-day + Conduct and support in Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) for both internal production issues and customer complaints + Review and developing of quality documents (Control Plan, PPAP documents, MSA) + Management of calibration and traceability of production measurement instruments + Monitoring and analyzing quality performance indicators + Inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met + Collaboration with Operations and R&D to develop, implement and monitor corrective actions and improvements + Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with internal procedures, IATF standard and custormer specific requirements + Management of internal and external (suppliers) nonconformities, + Management of internal Quality Concern Report + Internal Process Audit Who we are looking for + Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering + 2+ years of experience in quality department (QA, QC, SQE, …) will be considered as a plus + 2+ years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus) + Familiarity with total quality concepts, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949 procedures + Experience on preparing and collaborating on Quality control plans, pFMEA, PPAP documents + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Detail-oriented with a focus on detecting and preventing quality issues.
