**Description and Requirements**
**Experience in Quality Area**
+ Basic knowledge of SAP for quality, materials, and production queries.
+ Experience in supervising or coordinating personnel on production lines.
+ Management and follow-up of internal and external audits.
+ Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
+ Continuous improvement of operational processes.
+ Experience in managing quality indicators (KPIs) and process improvement using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar.
+ Experience in training and raising awareness among staff on quality-related topics.
+ Advanced English proficiency to interact with auditors, clients, and international teams.
+ Experience in researching, analyzing, and implementing actions for customer complaints.
+ ISO 9001 :2015 Knowledge or Quality Auditor
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Supervise and coordinate quality personnel on the assembly line.
+ Verify compliance with product quality standards.
+ Conduct internal audits and collaborate in external audits.
+ Ensure the application of quality standards and procedures.
+ Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
+ Generate quality reports and monitor indicators.
+ Train operational staff on basic quality topics.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production departments to solve quality issues.
+ Lead process optimization and cost reduction projects related to quality.
+ Lead the investigation, analysis, and implementation of actions to resolve customer complaints.
