Job DescriptionDocument and be knowledgeable of job related Quality Management System. Audit and inspect incoming materials in accordance with purchase order specifications.Perform sample inspections of outbound shipments.Identify report and document all discrepancies and potential problems.Maintain accurate quality records of inspections and rejections.Dimensionally inspect parts as defined in the QA procedures and work instructions.Use various precision inspection equipment including, but not limited to, micrometer, vernier, height gauge, bore gauge, in order to take precise measurements of fab and machined items.Issue discrepant material reports (MDR) when an item is rejected or determined to be not in conformance with our standards; check remaining stock of rejected item for compliance.Use SAP systems including PRA and Q-Module applications.Perform random audits of in bound, stored material, and out bound productFollow up on non-conformance rejection.Perform part cleanliness and evaluation and reporting of results.Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school Working knowledge of basic hand measuring toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Excel, and SAP.Valid state driver’s license is required.Basic knowledge of Bosch Rexroth product line to be able to understand part descriptions in our catalogs and data sheets.Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans.
