A person who is not afraid of daily communication in German and who will be able to transmit information between the customer and our company accurately and in a timely manner. What will be your task? + Regular communication with the customer, dealing with complaints and requests + Guidance and Control 8D of the process + Preparation of customer visits/customer audits, presentations + Audit Collaboration + Ensuring methodological activities, processing analyses We would like to find a colleague who: + has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position + has a secondary school/university with a technical focus + has language skills in German - level B2, English - B1 + MS Office - user knowledge, SAP is an advantage + has the following knowledge: orientation in drawing documentation, 8D process, metrology, knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001/45001, Formel Q, FMEA - an advantage + Driving licence group.
