Apply today for our Quality Coordinator RN opportunity. **Job Summary and Qualifications** + You will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of Quality Management and Patient Safety activities that promote delivery of quality care and outcome improvement within the facility + This includes physician peer review, maintenance of physician performance improvement profiles, data collection, analysis and reporting, and facilitation of Performance Improvement Teams responsible to the Quality Care Committee + You will serve as a liaison to the Medical Staff Leadership, Department Directors, and key facility personnel regarding Quality Management and Patient Safety activities that support regulatory compliance + You will assist with the design and management of data and reports utilizing the Meditech Quality Management module and other software applications to promote conclusive process and outcome analysis and improvement **What qualifications you will need:** + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required + Baccalaureate degree preferred + Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada required + BLS/CPR required + Two years clinical experience in an acute care facility required + Experience with Quality Management/ Performance Improvement activities + Demonstrated ability to establish interpersonal relationships necessary to promote an effective working environment **Benefits** Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
