We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team.
Join a dynamic team: Within the QHSE department, you will be part of a committed team responsible for maintaining Bureau Veritas' international certifications and accreditations.
You will play a key role in promoting a strong Quality culture across the entire M&O Division, comprising 3,200 employees in 90 offices worldwide. Your mission will be to oversee the implementation and compliance with relevant requirements, ensuring adherence to the certifications and accreditations granted to M&O, as well as Bureau Veritas' internal policies and procedures.
Your main missions:
Coordinate internal and external audits (IACS, ISO, etc.) in collaboration with local teams and the audit support center. Monitor the registration of flag state inspection programs and related actions on SharePoint and Nexus. Collect and analyze regulatory data requested by the European Commission and the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) during their inspections. Create and maintain dashboards for audits to provide valuable qualitative analyses. Track the activities of inspectors and auditors using our internal database. Manage the complaints handling process via Salesforce. Contribute to the development of the global annual Management Review report and provide data for Executive Committee meetings. Review and enhance quality procedures while developing innovative methodologies in collaboration with the Shared Services Center. Manage and animate the Quality SharePoint Community.
Your strengths to succeed:
Education and experience:You have at least 5 years of experience in the maritime sector, ideally within a classification society. You possess solid expertise in quality management, particularly in ISO 9001 and the IACS QSCS framework.
Technical skills:You are proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite), collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Salesforce), and quality databases.
Personal skills:You are rigorous, autonomous, and analytical, with strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to operate in an international environment.
Languages:You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
