Job descriptionWe are looking for a talented, ambitious, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the highest level of quality control and regulatory compliance for our products. The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Coordinator include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or service issues, and presenting solutions. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of quality assurance methodology, excellent problem-solving skills, and is familiar with all levels of production and service processes.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures. Conduct audits, create reports, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards. Conduct product tests, service inspections, and assessments. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in quality processes. Work closely with operations and administration teams to ensure quality assurance goals are met. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities. Participate in product and service development and release cycles to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in quality assurance or a related role. Proven experience in a quality assurance role (preferably in the hotel sector). Excellent knowledge of methodologies and tools for quality assurance and control. Familiarity with industry regulatory standards and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Arabic speaker with good command of the English language. Excellent computer and communication skills. Proficiency with data analysis and report writing. Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
