We’re looking to hire a Quality Coordinator to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. This role location is at our Warehouse in Zapopan. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Support the assigned Quality area (Source, FQR, Returns, RMA, Document Control, CAPA support, and SCAR follow-up) in the performance and management of the assigned workload areas. + Support the area in resolving order processing issues through coordination with the Arrow Sales/Marketing Representative, SSG, Quality, Suppliers, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and direct interaction with the customer. + Provide area support for metrics/reports, process instructions, corrective/preventive actions, process improvement activities, QMS audits, and act as the subject matter expert for the area. + Support all administrative functions of the department, including the following: maintenance of department supplies/equipment and coordination of Arrow resources to resolve technical issues with department equipment. **What We're Looking For:** + Bachelor's degree. + 3 to 5 years of experience as an industrial, electronic, mechatronic, mechanical engineer or equivalent. + Experience in CAPA or 8D reports. + Experience in electronic component processes. Interpretation of technical specifications and data sheets. Knowledge of or certification in IPC-610 is a plus. + Experience in internal and external audits.
