The Opportunity:
Working within a fast-paced environment the job holder will work with the Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Manager providing support to the Quality Assurance department on day-to-day tasks. Working with the Quality Manager and the Assistant QM, the job holder will administrate the Quality system in QPulse and support as appropriate customer quality queries, as well as manage the internal communications to the Management team.

Creating and updating various reports – daily/weekly/monthlyProvide data to Business Manager and SalesRespond to customer day to day queriesRaising and reporting Internal and External Deviations in QPulseSupporting Customer audits as requestedUpdating and administrating Procedures in QPulseWorking with the Management Team and Customer Services Progress chasing – CAPA’s, OFI’sInvestigation of customer queriesDecisions on quality in absence of Quality Manager or Assistant Quality ManagerEnsure audit actions are completed and uploaded to QPulseActively attend Continuous Improvement meetings – produce presentation and minutes (Including 8D and ERR)Manage the Internal CAPA system, communicate overdues to management teamManage the Internal Calibration systemProvide support for Deviation analysis (QC testing/Laboratory as appropriate).
