Responsibilities Job Overview: Prepares test samples of materials used in production, components, etc. and conducts physical and/or chemical tests to ensure conformity to established specifications. Normally reports to Unit HOD. Documented and managed quality processes and information Sample and tested raw materials, packaging and finished products Conduct and moderate internal QA audits Assist in preparations for external audits and closing findings timeously Training employees in QA and food safety systems, policies and procedures Resolving customer complaints and product returns Qualifications 3-4 years’ experience as Quality Controller/Assurance within a food manufacturing environment Three-year qualification or equivalent in Food Technology/Quality Assurance or similar “PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
