Hiring for 3rd shift; Monday-Friday, 11:00pm – 7:00am with possible OT on the weekends
Summary:
Looking for QC Testers who will inspect and test raw materials, in-process material and finished goods. The tester will also audit machine processes.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Solid, stable work history with a minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to clear background, physical and drug screening
• Proficient in basic reading and comprehension of being able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Use computer programs, such as: current business operating system (SAP), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft ACCESS.
• Proficient in basic math along with being able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentage, area, circumference, volume, weights, and convert to metric measuring system
• Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities
• Ability to differentiate between sets of data and select correct set
Work location: In-person
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect, collect, and test non-insulated conductors and incoming insulated wire
• Test incoming, in-process and finished wire, cable, and duct products
• Perform in-process product audits at all production machine locations
• Regularly clean and maintain Quality Control work areas and equipment
• Assist with development of Quality Control procedures and forms
• Strictly adhere to established Quality Control procedures and guidelines
• Enter and retrieve data in business operating computer system
• Operate various types of electrical, mechanical and high voltage test equipment
• Evaluate and / or test returned material and report evaluation results
• Must report on time and begin work at start of shift
• Perform overtime as required
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Physical Demands:
