Job Description

Are you a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team and provide essential quality support for our production lines. 

In this crucial role, you'll be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards. 

Shift: 2-Shift Operation

What You'll Do: 

As a Quality Control Technician, you'll be at the heart of our production, making sure everything runs smoothly and flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include: 

Performing In-Process Inspections:

You'll conduct thorough checks during production, verifying tightened torques and overall product quality according to our inspection plans. You're our last line of defense!

Managing Production Documentation:

You'll create, maintain, and monitor all critical production records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This helps us track our quality journey. 

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: When quality issues arise, you'll be on point to: 

 

Initiate and monitor the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process. 

Conduct structured analysis of defects, pinpointing the root cause of issues. 

Collaborate closely with assembly teams to evaluate problems and develop effective immediate and long-term corrective measures. 

Oversee the implementation of these solutions to prevent future issues.

QualificationsEnglish - You can communicate clearly in (if you also know German, it is beneficial, but not mandatory)Experience in rail production is a big plus
