**Job Title: Quality Control Technician** **Job Description** The Quality Control Technician ensures that products meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves inspecting components and assemblies, performing tests, and documenting results to maintain compliance with ISO and internal quality systems. **Responsibilities** + Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and torque testers. + Verify adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. + Record inspection results in quality databases and maintain accurate logs. + Prepare reports on non-conformances and corrective actions. + Ensure compliance with ISO standards and the Quality Management System. + Support calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment. **Essential Skills** + Quality assurance experience + Proficiency with calipers, multimeter, and tape measure + Competency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook + At least 1 year of QA experience in a similar role + Ability to work independently + Experience with assembly, production, quality control, and quality inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electronics or electrical industries preferred **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers opportunities for training and advancement. The shop may be loud while machines are running, so hearing protection is necessary. Engage in rotating shifts, alternating every two weeks between 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 3:15 PM-1:15 AM.
