Quality Control Technician
Job Title: Quality Control Technician As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our wide range of truck and towing accessories, toolboxes, lighting equipment, and hardware meet rigorous quality standards. You will perform inspections, testing, and audits throughout the production and supply chain process to ensure product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. + Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and torque testers to verify product dimensions and performance. + Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for traceability and compliance. + Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues. + Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). + Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans and procedures. + Support product testing for durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with industry standards. + Train production staff on quality procedures and equipment usage. Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in quality, manufacturing, or engineering preferred. + 1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or consumer products. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS). + Experience with ERP systems and digital inspection tools is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, within a manufacturing setting. The role requires the use of precision measuring tools and equipment. The work involves collaborating with various teams across engineering, production, and supply chain sectors. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
