Quality Control Technician

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished concrete products, including compression testing and lab trial mixes.
+ Travel to job sites to validate materials, interact with site personnel, and transport samples back to the lab.
+ Analyze and accurately record test data, reporting results to management.
+ Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory and production testing equipment.
+ Troubleshoot concrete field issues and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred, with experience in ready mixed concrete and construction environments.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality control processes and CSA standards.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort working with technical data.
+ Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and effective oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
