As a QC Lab Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring every batch of ink meets the highest standards. You’ll perform physical and chemical analyses, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and help refine our products to perfection.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Performing lab tests on raw materials and finished products using tools like spectrophotometers, FTIR, viscometers, and more.Identifying imperfections and recommending chemical adjustments to ensure quality and consistency.Managing raw material inventory, shelf life evaluations, and retain samples.Troubleshooting out-of-spec batches and supporting product returns analysis.Recording and analyzing data using Excel and Process Pro (PPRO).Maintaining lab equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.Creating small batches for testing and development purposes.Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a science field (Chemistry preferred) with 1–2 years of lab experienceHigh school diploma with 5–7 years of hands-on laboratory experienceSkills & Tools You’ll Use:
Chemistry fundamentals and lab safetyAnalytical instruments: FTIR, spectrophotometers, colorimeters, refractive index meters, microscopesSurface tension, viscosity, and conductivity testingMicrosoft Office (especially Excel), Process Pro (PPRO)Strong math and conversion skillsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
