What You'll Be Doing
Lead and oversee quality control testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain consistent testing procedures and documentation.
Analyze test data and collaborate with operations to resolve quality issues proactively.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product performance and customer satisfaction.
What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality assurance protocols.
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments.
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving within a technical environment.
Comfortable working in both lab and field settings with attention to detail and safety.
Proficiency in using testing equipment and relevant software systems.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
