**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and oversee quality control testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
+ Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain consistent testing procedures and documentation.
+ Analyze test data and collaborate with operations to resolve quality issues proactively.
+ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product performance and customer satisfaction.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality assurance protocols.
+ Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments.
+ Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving within a technical environment.
+ Comfortable working in both lab and field settings with attention to detail and safety.
+ Proficiency in using testing equipment and relevant software systems.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
