**Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor** Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Quality Control Supervisor** to oversee quality assurance operations at a high-volume food and beverage processing facility. This role is critical to ensuring that all products meet rigorous safety, regulatory, and quality standards from raw material intake through final packaging Responsibilities + Supervise daily quality control activities across production lines, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.) + Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians, providing training, performance feedback, and scheduling support + Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement + Conduct routine inspections, audits, and sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods + Collaborate with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions + Maintain accurate documentation of quality records, test results, and compliance reports Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in quality assurance or quality control within a food manufacturing environment + Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations + Proven leadership skills with experience managing or supervising teams + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Bakersfield,CA. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
