Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit on shift. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Quality Technicians. This individual must set quality assurance standards and align the organization to achieve these standards. Responsibilities Oversees team execution of key food safety pre-requisite programs such as: GMP compliance, sanitation, documentation and recordkeeping, regulatory audits, etc. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments Builds people capability through effective employee relations Develops the team to take on day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Delivers effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact Communicates and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues Motivates team members to achieve plan goals Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations including food safety Oversees regulatory audits/inspections (i.e. AIB, FDA, ISO F2200 Standard, GHEMS) Working Shift: Monday to Friday - 1st Shift, Saturdays Ocassionally Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
