As a QC Supervisor, you will manage both incoming material inspection and process quality control activities. You will oversee a team of QC inspectors, ensure accurate testing and equipment calibration and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and root cause investigations. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to uphold quality standards during audits and customer visits, manage QC consumables, and support productivity enhancements. You will also lead ETQ modules, QMS procedures, and EHS practices within the laboratory implementation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Make sure all incoming material are qualitative before using for productionManage QC team to adapt production plan and accuracy of all testingOversee the calibration, service and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. Ensure equipment is calibrated, and functioning correctlyEnsure implementation of all ETQ modules for QC. Follow up QMSInvestigate all defective and passed out specification batches, customer complaint, facilitate RCA and ensure corrective action are implemented to prevent reoccurrenceManage and effect improvement on key KPIs of QC teamLeading 5S, EHS implementation for Laboratory
 

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree in relevant disciplineKnowledge in paint or chemicals will be added advantageMinimum 4 years working experience in manufacturing plant preferably in paint industryMinimum 2 years working experience in QC lead rolesHave experience maintaining ISO 9001 system/QMSProficiency in local language and EnglishGood at Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
