Short Description Investigate claim denial patterns and collaborate with supervisor/management on proposed resolutions. Identify patterns of 277 rejections and registration errors for resolution and education opportunitiesAnalyze follow up time log scoring opportunities for increased productivity. Assist with resolving work queue denials and rejections. Processes special projects as assigned by supervision/managementHandles problem accounts or relevant issues and collaborates with supervisor/management on resolution.Participate as requested in cross training efforts to ensure maximal use of staff skills and maintain full coverage for all billing functions.Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management. Experience Required 3-5 years of relevant experience preferredExperienced in claim rejections and insurance follow activitiesDemonstrated competency of the use of computer applications, billing information systems, and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required
