Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support critical environmental monitoring activities within a regulated cleanroom environment at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This essential role ensures the integrity of aseptic processes and product quality through routine sampling, precise data entry, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform environmental monitoring of GMP cleanrooms during aseptic manufacturing operations and media fills using:Non-viable particle countersContact platesMicrobial air samplersConduct utility sampling (e.g., WFI, purified water, compressed gases) using validated equipment and proceduresRead, interpret, and enumerate microbial plates with accuracyDocument results in electronic tracking systems with attention to detail and data integrityEnsure full compliance with GMP, ICH, and site-specific safety protocolsImmediately escalate any atypical findings, deviations, or equipment malfunctions to managementSupport the maintenance of a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a GMP/GLP environmentProven proficiency in aseptic techniqueDemonstrated leadership experienceAdditional InformationHiring Process:
