Quality Control Manager/Superintendent
Job Title: Quality Control Manager/Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Manager/Superintendent to oversee a 6,000 square foot HVAC upgrade and interior tenant fit-out at the Naval Research Lab in Washington, DC. This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, reviewing the scope of work, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The selected candidate will also be responsible for discussing project progress in meetings. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the construction project. + Review and uphold quality standards of the project. + Review the project's scope of work. + Communicate project progress during meetings. + Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Essential Skills + Quality Control Management + OSHA 30 Certification + Army Corps QCM Certification + 5-8 years of federal construction experience + US Citizenship Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers projects. + Strong communication and leadership skills. Work Environment This position is fully on-site at the Naval Research Lab in Washington, DC. The role is available due to new project awards and all internal staff being allocated to other ongoing projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, District of Columbia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $58.00/hr.
