Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in engineering, supply chain or inspection roles. Minimum 5 years in Quality Control. Qualified lead auditor ISO 9001. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and process improvements. Familiarity with Lean, RCA, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing of goods and services related to Marine & Mooring scopes.

Key Responsibilities

Apply relevant industry standards and specifications. Ensure quality compliance for Hull, Marine, and Mooring equipment. Create and improve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Use risk-based approaches to plan inspections. Supervise third?party inspectors and key inspection stages. Review and approve inspection and technical reports. Perform supplier audits and qualification assessments. Lead root cause analyses and follow up on corrective actions. Run improvement workshops with key suppliers. Drive quality and transformation projects. Track performance and measure improvements. Share Lessons Learned across projects. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Project Teams, and QC leadership.
