Job Description

Perform product inspections and audits of quality control programs to ensure that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet company standards.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections at multiple stages of the production process, evaluating dimensions, mechanical characteristics, cosmetic aspects, and product functionality according to established quality standards.Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.Record inspection data to ensure product quality and reliability following quality assurance procedures.Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data has been evaluated.Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and procedures to verify compliance with requirements.Immediately report any deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.Segregate and manage rejected batches and products.Assist the Quality Department in maintaining and managing documentation (controlled and uncontrolled forms, stamps, customer records).Review draft and final label copies to ensure compliance with labeling regulations.Participate in continuous improvement projects, including 5S audits.Help achieve Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental goals and may be part of emergency response or focus teams.Minimize downtime by reducing rework and product recalls.

The Essentials- You Will Have:

Education: High school - Technical diploma or equivalent.Experience: 6 Month or not prior experience required, but previous work in quality inspection or manufacturing.Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).Interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality procedures.Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
