Quality Control Inspector
Do you have a sharp eye for detail, hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly experience, and strong computer skills? We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician who can combine technical inspection expertise with digital reporting and analytical skills to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
In this role, you’ll be essential in maintaining product quality, ensuring safety, and driving continuous improvement across our production processes. You’ll work closely with the Production Team, communicate quality findings in real time, and use data to support smarter decision-making.
**What You’ll Do**
Verify and ensure product quality
+ Inspect products to confirm they meet engineering specifications and work instructions.
+ Perform precise mechanical and electrical measurements using calipers, micrometers, volt meters, and other inspection tools.
+ Evaluate electrical and mechanical assemblies for proper function, fit, and finish.
Leverage technology
+ Use Microsoft Forms, Excel, and other digital tools to collect, track, and report quality metrics.
Communicate and collaborate
+ Report quality issues or defects promptly to the operations team to support fast corrective actions.
+ Assist in training production staff on quality standards and inspection requirements.
Support audits
+ Conduct layered audits and provide sign-offs for critical-to-quality projects.
+ Apply QC stamps and documentation accurately and responsibly.
Investigate and improve
+ Participate in and contribute to root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
+ Perform incoming material inspections and end-of-line product checks.
Promote quality standards
+ Maintain 5S + Safety standards and support a culture focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
**What You’ll Bring**
+ Proven experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
+ Hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly experience
+ Experience using volt meters, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
+ Strong PC skills — especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Teams, Word)
+ Familiarity with Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methods
+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
+ A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and product excellence
