Volt is hiring for Quality Control Inspector in City of Industry, CA.
As a Quality Control Inspector you will:
Follow all applicable Quality Management System documents: Adhere to the Quality Policy and contribute to the success of the Quality Objectives Perform Final QC inspections per F-82-03-06 Final Quality Control Report; properly fill out form Follow inspection procedures as outlined in SOP-82-03 Quality Inspections Verify that all paperwork from previous operations are properly filled out before release of product Follow daily work assignments as delegated by the Quality Supervisor Help maintain monitoring and measuring devices; check for proper calibration and condition Identify nonconforming product, process according to SOP-83-01 Control of Nonconforming Product Upon successful completion of final inspections, release product to the shipping department Perform QC paperwork maintenance assignments such as sorting, filing and copying as determined by the Quality Supervisor Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality SupervisorThis is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong attention to details, highly organized Computer literate to include experience in navigating and manipulating file systems Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Effectively deal with personnel from other departments Ability to read and write in English High school diploma or equivalent 1 year similar work experience requiredSchedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection of x-ray imaging systems and components based on established inspection criteria. Inspections consist of verifying software and hardware functionality and approving the visual aspects of each unit. All inspection activities will be recorded on appropriate forms.
Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour DOE
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
