Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and accuracy? PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a QC Inspector in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you’ll ensure products meet strict quality standards before they reach customers, helping to maintain compliance with FDA and ISO requirements while contributing to the success of a highly respected manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do:

As a QC Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

Performing and documenting inspections for incoming and finished products, including implants, instrumentation, raw materials, and trays.

Identifying and documenting non-conformances (NCs) and notifying supervisors or managers as needed.

Creating NC records, segregating NC products, and completing related system tasks.

Conducting inspections in line with approved Sampling Plans.

Maintaining ERP system status for accurate product identification and traceability.

Performing Stock Audits, First Article Inspections (FAI), and Special Inspections (SI).

Applying knowledge of the Quality System and relevant federal and international standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.

Ability to learn and use basic quality measurement tools (calipers, hand gages, overlays, etc.).

Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred:

Experience working in a Quality department within a regulated industry.

Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
