Quality Control Inspector
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS + Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area + Correctly use all basic inspection tools such as micrometer, caliper, pin, and thread gages + Inspects parts, assemblies, documentation, and inspection tools to determine compliance to specified requirements + Follows standard procedures + Can work without close supervision + Perform daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas + Follows procedures ISO9001 and or other standard operating procedures. + Uses ERP software to update work orders with regards to labor and quantity + Other duties as assigned by department leads or management. Duties may include but not limited to, deburr, cleaning, glass bead, marking, testing, packaging. + The working environment is in a warehouse that is not cooled in summer, but heated in winter. Applicants must be comfortable in these conditions. + Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS + Computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams) and experience in ERP systems preferred. + Ability to read, count accurately, and perform basic math. + Detail oriented + Ability to walk around to different machines while checking different parts PREFERRED SKILLS + Knowledge of how to use calipers + Must be able to stand, stoop and lift 40 lbs.
