Quality Control Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Clerk to support documentation and quality control efforts at a peptide facility. This role plays a critical part in the research and development of molecular therapies aimed at combating disease. The facility is a key component of a larger complex, with the overall project recently expanding significantly. The Quality Control Clerk will help maintain the flow of inspection records, reports, and quality documentation, ensuring smooth coordination with field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports and test results.
+ Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper documentation control of inspections and quality checks.
+ Support the QA/QC Manager in preparing reports for clients and project leadership.
+ Organize and maintain quality-related files in both digital and physical formats.
Essential Skills
+ At least 1 year of experience in a construction or industrial environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
+ Comfortable with printing, scanning, and managing document check-in/check-out.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with construction or quality control software.
+ Experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
+ Pharmaceutical experience, Quality control, Data entry, Document control.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
