Quality Control Analysts
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of KYC (Know Your Client) reviews by conducting quality control checks on client files and ensuring compliance with internal standards. This contract role follows a hybrid work model based in Toronto and requires a highly detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and can efficiently manage large volumes of corporate client information.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control checks on client data and documentation during periodic reviewsRefresh client information in accordance with firm policies and regulatory guidelinesCommunicate with relationship managers and internal stakeholders to gather required dataFollow up with partners to ensure actions are completed on timeUpdate internal systems with accurate, current documentation and informationRespond to internal requests and compliance-related inquiries promptlyDeliver high-quality, error-free output independently and within designated timeframesPrioritize work during peak volume periods and support ad-hoc projectsAdapt quickly to changes in regulations, business needs, or technologiesProvide regular status updates to management to support transparency and mitigate risks

Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a quality control analyst roleStrong working knowledge of KYC processes, particularly with corporate clientsComfortable managing large volumes of documentation and dataPrior experience in a financial institution setting1–2 years of hands-on KYC or QC experience with commercial or corporate clientsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilitiesSpanish language skills and experience with Fenergo are assets but not mandatoryAbility to assess risk and screen client profiles is a plus
