Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. **Main responsibilities:** + Develop, implement and maintain an effective compliance program ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and standards + Maintain systems to identify, track and mitigate compliance and quality risks while ensuring continuous inspection readiness + Coordinate and manage regulatory inspections and audits from external bodies, ensuring proper reporting and investigation of compliance incidents + Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance topics from global Sanofi standards + Serve as Business Owner for risk management, self-inspection, quality alerts and Data Integrity topics + Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance with health regulations and advise on process improvements + Lead and manage the compliance team, including hiring, training, coaching and performance evaluation **_About you_** **Experience:** + Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred, with experience in a compliance, quality or regulatory. **Hard and soft skills:** + Knowledge in Quality Assurance regulations + Advantage: knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
