Main responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain an effective compliance program ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and standardsMaintain systems to identify, track and mitigate compliance and quality risks while ensuring continuous inspection readinessCoordinate and manage regulatory inspections and audits from external bodies, ensuring proper reporting and investigation of compliance incidentsProvide training and guidance to employees on compliance topics from global Sanofi standardsServe as Business Owner for risk management, self-inspection, quality alerts and Data Integrity topicsLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance with health regulations and advise on process improvementsLead and manage the compliance team, including hiring, training, coaching and performance evaluation

About you

Experience:

Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred, with experience in a compliance, quality or regulatory.

Hard and soft skills:

Knowledge in Quality Assurance regulationsAdvantage: knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Proven experience in inspections from Health authoritiesGood communication and conflict management skillsWorking on deadlinesCollaborative skillsWorking independently

Education:

Master degree: pharmacist, chemist, biologist, mechanical engineer will be preffered

Languages:

English – communicative levelHungarian - fluent
