We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Quality Compliance Analyst to manage the Windsor Locks Repair Station Technical Publications and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation for approximately 400 employees. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance across the organization.

In addition to managing QMS and technical publications, the role includes secondary responsibilities as a backup to the Training Coordinator, IT Support, and the Designated Employer Representative (DER) for Drug and Alcohol Testing.

What You Will Do

Load and maintain all Action Items in the HSVAS and IRM systems to ensure up-to-date tracking and compliance.

Upload and manage Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Customer Documents in the IRM system for site-wide accessibility.

Conduct regular audits of customer documentation hosted on external websites to verify the latest revisions are reflected and stored in the IRM system.

Assist with the archiving of maintenance folders, ensuring all records are organized and retained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare and submit new or revised procedures and forms for internal review and ballot approval processes.

Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of critical documentation with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to maintain regulatory compliance.

Manage the 3-year procedure review cycle, ensuring all documentation remains current and aligned with internal standards and FAA regulations.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

Prior experience in the aerospace industry

Familiarity with FAA Part 145 Repair Station regulations

Hands-on experience in a repair shop or MRO environment

AS9110 Internal Auditor Certification or equivalent

Strong writing, organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

Effective verbal and written communicator with strong presentation abilities

Working knowledge of CORE tools or similar continuous improvement methodologies

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
