Job DescriptionWork closely with Design Engineering during development of product design to safeguard quality of productsWork with Process Engineering utilizing PFMEA, Control Plans, Gaging and other tools to produce products that meet quality standards this includes development of new processes as well as improvement of existing processes.Implement and support multi-layered system to confirm Quality during all aspects of manufacturingLead investigations into customer complaints to identify source of complaint and work with internal stakeholders to identify root cause and develop corrective actions (8D, Shainin, 5WHY, etc.)Use data analytics tools to identify trends and potential areas of improvement

 

QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BIKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM) is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work on-site in Fountain Inn, United States
